Glorious upstarts F!LTH. I’ve been privileged to be involved from their humble beginnings. From full Creative Direction to setting up stands, rolling patties at 1am to selling them at the Tate Modern. With limited budget, a strong belief in our health conscious, sustainable, ethical product, and a “Cease and Desist” under our belts for a play on McDonalds’ Happy Meal - it was one hell of a ride!

From taking over the Tate Modern restaurant with our “Unhappy Meal” pop-up, sticking two-fingers up at the fast-food giants, successful residencies at Dirty Burger in Shoreditch and supplying Molly’s Diner and Soho House respectively with are sustainable patty.
